Aero Club Albatross is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a set of lectures addressing wave and ridge soaring techniques. The first lecture (January 20th) will cover wave soaring.
We will host the seminars at the Warren County Library, which seats up to 75 attendees and is only five minutes away from Blairstown Airport. Pilots are more than welcome to fly over and hitch a ride with a club member to the lectures.
Lunch is included. Aero Club Albatross members can attend the lectures for $20. For our friends from neighboring clubs, the cost of attending the seminars is $40. Any pilots that join ACA as Associate Members ($66) can pay the member's price for the seminars ($20). If you plan on attending both lectures, that's only $26 more than attending as a non-member. Becoming an associate would allow you to tow behind our club towplane, attend club social functions such as the Picnic and Banquet, subscribe to the club e-group and use club facilities/tools.
Click on "TICKETS" and scroll down to find your ticket category. If you plan on attending the social hour, please select so we can get a headcount.
